Looking at a used Mini Cooper S – should I get a pre-purchase inspection?

I’m going to see a 2016 Mini Cooper S this weekend that a private seller listed for a reasonable price, but the car has 120k km on it and the owner says “everything works great” with that casual confidence that sometimes hides problems. I’ve heard horror stories about Minis having timing chain issues, oil leaks from the valve cover, and even coolant leaks that are hard to spot unless you know where to look. Since I’m not a mechanic and I don’t want to end up with a money pit, I’m seriously considering paying for a Mini Cooper Pre Purchase Check Dubai before I hand over any cash. Has anyone here used an independent inspection service specifically for a Mini? I’m wondering if they can scan for hidden fault codes, check the turbo for play, and test the cooling system properly. Also, do you think it’s worth asking the seller to meet me at a garage, or should I just hire a mobile inspector? Any advice would really help me avoid a costly mistake.
