Hi everyone. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this much excitement! After many years in development, I am proud to announce the release of my LIVE, online – in-home training program – 30 Hour Body.
In addition to regular everyday people, I’ve worked with and continue to work with some of the most famous and well-known people in the world. Mathew McConaughey, Erika Jayne, LL Cool J to name a few…

Now you don’t need live in the Los Angeles area or visit my gym in Beverly Hills…I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals right from the comfort of your home.
What’s super cool is that the 30 Hour Body program is LIVE, 5 days per week, 30 minutes per workout for 12 weeks! That’s right – LIVE! I’ll be coaching every workout, cuing form and making sure that you’re working out safely and efficiently.
When you join the program, you’ll get exclusive access to workout with me LIVE on Zoom. Don’t worry if you miss the daily workout – they’ll all be saved in the workout library here on traineralfonso.com You’ll be able to complete the workouts when it fits in your schedule.
You can be any age and any ability level. I’ll be giving variations of each movement and will share modifications when needed. Plus, you won’t need much for equipment. The program uses resistance bands, slide discs, a small Swiss ball and occasionally we’ll use some dumbbells.
But it’s ok if you don’t have these items, I’ll be posting my recommended products to buy on Amazon.
In addition to the live workouts, you also be invited to a live chat hosted by me once weekly and you’ll have the opportunity to join the traineralfonso.com social network. You’ll be able to upload a profile pic, make friends with other members, share ideas, recipes, progress pictures etc.
Included in the program is also my suggested diet plan that compliments the 30 Hour Body workouts to get maximum results in less time.
